planning to get back on the wagon

so i've been brainstorming ideas to make a program for my lifestyle revamp. i've been putting off actually doing anything about it, but did find this list of ways to "eat clean" that seem practical, and will probably be incorporated into what i'm going to do:

still off the wagon

ok, so a week later and i still haven't done anything yet. still eating junk. still haven't hit the gym. part of it was because i had been granny-sitting dor 3 weeks, and had to change my schedule and whatnot, but i'm planning on setting a date and starting my 30 day lifestyle revamp from that point.


today i had pop-tarts for breakfast and then a cinnamon bun as a pre-dinner snack. NOT GOOD! my habits have gotten so terrible!!

i don't have anything productive to post, just wanted to let everyone (all three of you) know that i haven't slacked off yet, but am planning for an overhaul!!

skinny bizzle to be

i went to the gym to do a yoga class tonight. we turned sideways to do a pose while looking in the mirror.

what are those?

-omgosh*. those are 'effing saddlebags.

no, it's muscle. feel them.

-nope. they're actually saddlebags.

i thought only old women got saddlebags? apparently not. hence the start of this blog.

my goal is to revamp my lifestyle and commit to it for 30 days. i'm going to be consistently working out, and choosing healthy foods and snacks to get this body into shape. i'm going to blog about it so you can all keep me accountable. i'm thinking about tracking my food and also entering that in so that someone can cyber kick my ass when i eat 2 donuts and a twix in one day (such as today...).

this first entry is just a starting point, i'll determine a starting date and let you all know. any takers to do this with me?!
